Henry Evering, who is the Founder of Eidetics, and publisher of the Eidetic Reference Book, "Creating Whole Organization Synergy", started the Eidetic-Academy in 2000 AD. Its purpose is to share psychological and sociological discoveries, from 30 years of research and consulting to over 150 organizations.
